Wow, people aren't too smart... there is a seatbelt law in New Hampshire. Anyone under the age of 18 must wear a seatbelt. I do think everyone should have to wear one, though. I still wear mine...

New Hampshire=Live Free or Die state

I don't think there should be a law saying you HAVE to wear seatbelts. You should be aware of the risks and be willing to take that risk if you don't wear a seatbelt.

HOWEVER--I have no problem with laws that say you have to have children buckled up, as you are responsible for their safety.

Look at New Hampshire... and ask that question again

Kansas = South
New Hampshire = North

We don't have a helment law either.
Last year bike week we had 10 deaths and 8 of them were wearing helments.

The representatives have received the message that they are not to interfere with their citizen's right to commit suicide and take an honour guard with them. Remember, NH is the "Live free or die" state.
