did your doctor check you for raynaud's? see below and discuss it.
Signs and symptoms
Raynaud's disease is more than simply having cold hands and cold feet, and it's not the same as frostbite. Signs and symptoms of Raynaud's depend on the frequency, duration and severity of the blood vessel spasms that underlie the disorder. Signs and symptoms include:
Sequence of color changes in your skin in response to cold or stress
Numb, prickly feeling or stinging pain upon warming or relief of stress
At first during an attack of Raynaud's, affected areas of your skin usually turn white. Then, the areas often turn blue and feel cold and numb, and your sensory perception is dull. The affected skin may look slightly swollen. As circulation improves, the affected areas may turn red, throb, tingle or swell. The order of the changes of color isn't the same for all people, and not everyone experiences all three colors.
Occasionally, an attack affects just one or two fingers or toes. Attacks don't necessarily always affect the same digits. Although Raynaud's most commonly affects your fingers and toes, the condition can also affect other areas of your body such as your nose, cheeks, ears and even tongue. An attack may last less than a minute to several hours. Over time, attacks may grow more severe.
People who have Raynaud's accompanied by another disease may also have symptoms related to their underlying condition.

See your health care provider as soon as possible (neurologist). Numbness or tingling may indicate a problem with nerves or circulation. Nerves can also be compressed near their roots as they emerge from the spinal cord. Pressure can come from arthritis bone spurs, protruding disk, disk fragments, or overgrowth of bone surrounding the ho;e through which the nerve exits (spinal stenosis). Anyone who has persistent numbness, tingling, or weakness in an extremity should get a careful history and physical examination, including tests of reflexes, sensation, and muscle strength. Nerve conduction studies can help determine how bad the problem is and localize the site of a compression neuropathy. CT scans and magnetic resonance imaging may also be necessary. The initial prescription is usually an anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen (Advil). Some diseases and conditions, such as the professor's vitamin B12 deficiency, affect peripheral nerves directly. Others in this category include diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, thiamine deficiency, and kidney failure. I hope this helps you. And good luck, and happy holiday's.

Just a thought but am thinking a circulation problem.
Also wonder if you went to a chiropractor & got your back adjusted whether that may help & a massage therapist for a deep tissue massage (and I'm talking about a registered massage therapist not a masseuse). Both are worth a try.

While getting checked for Hep C you should also get checked for HIV. Numb hands and feet can be neuropathy which is a condition some HIV positive people have. Take a look at healthquest.peoplesway.com at protec and protrim. These two products help flush toxins and boost immune system. There are videos at youtube if you search peoplesway.

Certainly its difficult for anyone on this site to diagnosis the situtation, but, it certainly could be related to pinched nerves or nerve damage of some sort? Are you diabetic, had a fasting sugar done? Its remotely possible that you have been diabetic for some time and you could have some neuropathy stemming from that.
Anyway, just my two cents worth. Best of luck.

hmm my hands and feet are always cold too, and I'm 15. i was afraid that I had raynaud's disease, but my health teacher said no. maybe ask your doctor about raynaud's disease, or another one called acrocyanosis.
sometimes people's hands and feet are just like that.. like right now my both my feet & hands are freezing but the rest of my body is warm... i feel like air goes through them lol. thats the only way I can describe it. at night,i feel like my left nostril freezes up and I get that feeling like when your outside in the snow and the air is so cold that it like freezes everything in ur nose.. talk about weird lol. good luckk
p.s.- try shaking your hands and feet, it might get ur blood going
