Should Mexico be annexed as the 51st state?

I mean really...if we have to pay illegals and they want citizenship, why don't we just take Mexico?
They have a lot of property to develope, a cheap labor force, and plenty of natural resources to take advantage of. I vote "Viva La Annexation!!!"

The problem is that many of the anti-illegals are very uneducated racist people who never accept the mexicans as their equals, and for the other side, the national pride of the mexicans who are not interested in cross the border never ever let us accept something like that.

But the idea is really interesting.

Well, Stew man, we already took California, etc.. etc.. - and right now, our conquests are not going so well - - I think that since everything we do is wrong, go against the grain a bit - lets start selling off places, hell, giving some away even.. like, who wants downtown Detroit? Lets auction it off..

What are you guys doing out there while I am away - - and why should I go back? Tell me true?

It is enough with all the lands that the US stole Mexico many years ago. Thanks to that, the US is what it is now. Only Texas to not mention the other states is rich in natural resources such as oil as well as other natural resources

What ought to we, the individuals, get out of it? No upside. tens of millions of more advantageous uneducated and detrimental. We were given lots already in view that we demolished our public preparation equipment. No thanks. i'd somewhat have Canada, yet i'm prepared to hearken to any counter-furnish. Throw in Cuba and we'd have a deal.
