allergic - lactose intolerant. Cow milk was made for baby cows, not humans, and our systems are actually not geared nto absorb the milk, which is a waste material from cows that the dairy companies packaged and market as something really good for us - ear problems, stomach problems, gas, bloating, congestion, all good for the pharmaceutical companies to make drugs to counteract this, which the doctors write prescriptions for. Read in organic and health related books on cow's milk, find out for yourself, it is not something for human consumption.

You may be lactose interolant. Your body can't handle any lactose. Go out and get yourself some lactose free milk which is available.
