i have really big thighs and in the summer i want to were a swin suit with out feeling like a cow
i am not fat it is just my thighs i do a lot of exercise and eat right
but i would like ideas just to work the thights

i dont have time to go to the gym so if you say go to the gym wont be a best answer and i dont have room to but a machine so dont think about it

Unfortunately, you're probably like me-big thighs are in your genes. I have that same problem. There still are some workouts that you can do to slim your thighs, such as:

Inner Thigh Lift
This exercise tightens the adductors, the inner thigh muscles. The stretch is also good for your body
overall.

Get to know your adductors or inner thigh muscles with this exercise. You can even get a few in
before you take your chair at the evening dinner table.

You don't have to go to gym to shape up-just incorporate some new steps in your daily routine.

#1 Try incorporating daily walks-around where you live. maybe even park your car in a farther spot from store before you shop, so you walk more. Then increase your walking distance or time, work towards a goal.

If you can walk around the block twice, then by the end of so many days increase the walk distance. (be safe).

#2 go to the library and find a book about this. Learn whatever you need to-to stay healthy and safe.

#3 Count how many calories you are eating a day. You may want to ask a doctor for guidance-stay healthy-watch out for gimmicks-

#4 You can read about the food pyramid online. Learn more about differnt foods your body needs to stay healty-

Sometimes It seems easy to go to fast food places, drive thru, and eat, but it is not better. Try fresh or frozen chicken, or fish like salmon-for dinner-spice it. Baked fish has omega-3 and it very good for you-
Fast fried food clog your arteries, eat this stuff less often.(Just examples)

Try not to eat fast foods that are way high in calories and too high in fat and low in nutrition. White refined sugar is not a great choice either. find alternatives-for sweetness-

Eat only food portion sizes recommended (When I discovered how little the portions were in pasta and I was shocked-

-read the labels of everything you eat.

Think that your body is a machine and eating food is your fuel-If your stomach is empty and needs fuel eat-choose fuel wisely-

Exercise is very important for all age groups-Find something you like and give yourself the gift of self time.

I totally understand how you feel. Even when I was not fat- I thought I was fat-

I think many people have some part of their body they wish they could change-I have sisters that weight 99lbs,-115, 125 pounds soak and wet-so what. Sometime I felt like something was wrong with me cause I weighed 160 pounds-We all have different genetics-So what. We all are beautiful some way-NO one is perfect-No one. It took me a long time to be comfortable with me-

Since your thigh size bothers you need to find someone or someway to figure out new goals to solve this situation. Perhaps lower calories, improve nutrition, increased activity may help you lose weight and perhap you will lose some in your thighs-

Weigh yourself once a week, measure your thighs, eat better, drink more water-no coke-way too much sugar-
drink diet coke if you need to have it.-set goals for yourself and see in a month if anything changed if so do it more if not plan over.


I always tell my children-tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning. Vision the person you want to become and then set goals to be that person- one step at a time.
What goals do you have for this week, next month, 5 years from now.

Just think in 5 years ....

The main thing to try not to eat is greasy food and bacon.
One of the best simple things to do and you don't have to learn is to walk up and down stairs alot.

Try the simple workout that you can do anywhere anytime on the website that is listed on the first 2.

On the 2nd website it has a small ab trainer which is more work but small and produces results.

The 3rd website has some cream that is supposed to slim thighs slighly.

Hey some people are turned on by big thighs. So I wouldn't be disgusted in any way.
