I was just wondering how you go about getting on a guest list at a club? Is this similiar to making a reservation?

For the really high end clubs, you need to have been there and done table service and spent quite a good bit of money.
You can also make reservations direct from the club, or check out clubplanet.com for discount reservations.

I've done this lots of time because if you get on the guestlist you don't have to wait on line and if you get there before 12 its reduced price. Just pick the club you want to go to and call them and tell them you want to get on the guest list for tonight or tomorrow night for X amount of people. THey just need your name and number.
