The best way to be tall when you're an adult is to have tall parents. That's usually hard to arrange ahead of time, though.

Doctors have used human growth hormones before to help a person grow taller, but it has to be used when they're young. It won't help once you're past about 14-15, I think. It's also horrendously expensive, I believe, and it's not used to boost someone's height by just a few inches. I don't think it's even used much any more, because of side effects.

I have heard of people who have had their leg bones cut, and the ends spaced apart from each other, to allow the body to grow new bone tissue between them. The idea was to physically make the bones longer. It's said to be painful, slow, and you can only get small increments at a time - say 1/8 of an inch.

The way I feel with myself, the way I walk and stand. I'm short
but that does not make me feel bad. Next to the tallest person near me I FEEL TALL ALSO. So its a about attitude- thats what I think.
