My pastor teaches that the end is drawing near. He gives proof of this from Revelations of the Bible. I also see this coming true. Although many feel that these things have been happening for years. Little do they know things are going to get worst. Natural disasters are going to happen more frencently in places where people least expected. God is going to lavish out his wrath to show people that he is angry because more and more people are turning away form Christ and Biblical principles. Which is suposed to happen during the end times.
Matt 24:4-8
4Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ, [a]' and will deceive many. 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the begging of sorrows.

What I ment to say was the Euro Doller which will eventully lead to a one nation currency. and 666 people already are tatooing this number on their body parts. This number is starting to appear more freqently then in the past. When the US turns it's back on Isreal will also be a sign of the end times.

Yes this is the end of the 6th Age, the last and final Age is the 7th Age, but it is a half time, 980 years.

From Abraham and Nathan to Jesus is 42 generations, or 6 Seasons of 280 years each, these are generation of sowing, and run from 1680 BC to O AD, the birth of Jesus. From 0 AD to 280 AD is the Season of Rest, or Harvest, also know as the Tribulation, this was the 5th Age.

The 6th Age begin 0 AD and the 6 Seasons of sowing ran to 1680 AD, the 7th Season, the season of Rest or Harvest, also know as the Great Tribulation, was from 1680 to 1960 AD, this was the parable of the fig tree.

The 7th and final Age begin 1960 AD and is 980 years, what many refer to as the "Rapture" will happen in the year 2800 AD. The 7 "utterences by God, the Father, who is in heaven, will start in the year 2800 and one utterence will take place every 20 years until the last is spoken in the year 2940 AD

The last Prophecy of the 6th Age is that of the 7 kings and the 10 kings.

The 7 kings, 5 have fallen, 1 is and another is to come, and the beast that was he is the 8th, and is 1 of the 7. This is the Pope and the Vatican shall fall but the Anti-Christ the 8th shall sit in his chair.

The 10 kings that have no kingdom, are 10 American Presidents starting with President Kennedy. The 10th President shall take office January, 2009, in he shall fall to Gog and Magog, at the same time the 7th Pope shall fall and give rise to the 8th.

The Name of the beast is Legion, and the were 666 demons within him. The mark of the beast is mammon, or money.
Money will be what everyone seeks after, it will be on their minds or in their hands, You can not serve God and Mammon.

Jesus said no man knoweth the day or hour, but he did not say YEAR.

These prophecies are not mine, they are that of Jesus Christ, He has revealed them to me, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, and the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled. It is now the time of the unbelievers.

666:
Before the invention of figures by the Arabs, in the tenth century, letters of the alphabet were used for numbers. The Greeks in the time of Homer, or soon after, are thought by some to have assigned to their letters a numerical value corresponding to their order in the alphabet. If you are familiar with the Greek of the New Testament, an argument can be made that the 666 is an allusion to Emperor Nero. Just as easily an argument can be made that the 666 refers to a "Latin Power" or, the Roman Catholic Church, Julius Caeser Atheus, Luther, and others.

As you can see from the above, there is no consensus on the interpretation.

Most of what you will read or hear about the end times are pre-millennial views: the view that Christ's return will usher in a future millennium of Messianic rule mentioned in the book of Revelation before the final judgment. The believers of this doctrine also hold to the notion of a Rapture of the righteous beforehand.

Others hold that there will be only one second coming of Christ, at the time of the Final Judgment.

Then there are mixtures involving the views of the seven year tribulation and whether it is happening now, will happen later, etc.

These doctrines all fall under the general heading known as the study of end times, or eschatology.

For explanations of the various eschatological beliefs see: http://www.religioustolerance.org/millenni.htm

Some groups, such as the folks over at http://worldwide.familyradio.org believe the final judgment will be upon us sometime in mid-2011!

Say what? The "end times" have been believed to be happening since the Biblical days themselves.

I don't know what you've been told or read but I honestly don't see how those so-called prophecies are valid. Can you elaborate on the 666 or the famine? Is Bush the 666 or someone else? When Revelations was written, it was believed to be Nero. Famines have occurred for millenia. So have wars. The Euro dollar has zilch to do with religion.

Ok, how hard is it to predict that worlds will collide?
Nations against nation?

Anyone who ISN'T a fool, can see that eventually, since they can't agree on what they want, those conflicts will clash when they become big (think, international commute & weapons), & try to spread their belief as dominant.

War? Famine? Etc? When have we ever existed without that? Only now, great! You got TV to blast the same news story on every station on tv for the next week or so, so it only seems like a million tragedies.

It's always been out there, only now, they announce it more.

Have YOU read the book of revelations? Revelations 3:3 "Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee"

What's it mean? it mean only God's knows when the rapture will come, and He's not telling. There are no prophesies foretelling how we'll knew that the rapture is ON ITS WAY, only signs that will tell us when it has ALREADY ARRIVED! Do YOU see a angels blowing trumpted and the seas litterally boiling? (no, global warming doesn't count). Guess that means it's not thew rapture yet.

Every generation, all the way back to the disciples, has thought that they are living in the end times. We're still here.

While we are undoubtedly closer to the end of everything than we were 2000 odd years ago, I can almost guarantee it won't happen in our lifetime. (Yes I am aware it could happen tomorrow for all I know, which is why I said 'almost')
