i was baking and it said "Room Temperature eggs" i don't understand what the difference is if it just came out of the Fridge or if it is Room Temperature

If you are baking something that has warm ingredients, the egg would start to cook when you put it in. Also the other ingredients are at room temp, so it make them blend better.

It's because if you don't it will turn into scramble eggs, or you can put a little in the warm ingredients and mix then put in the rest so it doesn't do that. (blanch it)
