There is actually legislation in some states saying that tomatoes are legally vegetables even if biologically they are fruit. I know this is the case in new jersey. go figure. It's similar to ketchup being a serving of vegetable when it's made out of tomato

True. The "tomatoes are fruits not vegetables" thing is messing up the world. Kind of like the "Pluto is not a planet, it's a dwarf". But that my friend, messed up the UNIVERSE.

I serve one or 2 vegetables AND a salad at dinner. My daughter many times eats her vegetable and devours her salad yet i do no longer stress her to achieve this. do no longer make a huge deal out of what she eats. supply extra vegetables and much less of her favorites (hen nuggets, cheese, fruit) so she'll be hungry andsee the vegetables suitable in front of her. save mealtime effective, do no longer act like vegetables are yucky.

Yes it is but tomato juice is the base there for you thats why JUICE is in the title as well

Well take yourself for example. You can be a fruit AND a vegetable: really it is very common. No contradiction at all.

From a scientific standpoint, tomatoes are fruits. From a culinary standpoint, they are veggies.

It wasn't always deemed a fruit and you do need veggies and fruit so I guess it doesn't really matter
