pump up the fiber by eating whole grain cereals, and bread probably isn't the best thing, veggies and fruits, lean meat like skinless white meat chicken or turkey. lots of water. that should be a great start. lettuce has like no calories, just watch what you put on the salad you are making.
good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

No, you're eating sugar, salt and processed carbs. You're lacking fruit, veggies and proteins..not to mention starving yourself. Nothing good will come from starving yourself. The point is to eat healthier and develop habits you can stick with for the rest of your life and never go back to where you are now. Firsts things first make sure you're eating whole wheat bread. You can pair that with fruit and a egg whites. For lunch a salad with a variety of vegetables, a protein and a low fat salad dressing. For snacks yogurt, a sweet potato with pineapple and sugar substitite. For dinner a protein, a veggies, a starch.

Oatmeal or Malt-o-Meal for fiber. And a fruit or yogurt. and probably a hardboiled egg for protein. i opt to devour a huge breakfast because i be conscious of it really is the biggest meal of the day and then because the day progresses I devour fairly a lot less food than what I ate for breakfast. i'm a school pupil, so i'm on a strict funds and do not continuously have sufficient time to devour the right way, so i be conscious of how you experience. strong success.

Stop obsessing about the process. If you're thinking about it this much now, you'll be a wreck or abandon the thing in a week.
Find an activity you like to get your mind off food altogether. Preferrably vigorous physical activity.

Yes, but what are your MEALS? Did you eat breakfast, lunch and are you planning on eating dinner? If no, then no. If yes, what are the meals going to be?
