Yes it is a horrible feeling isn't it. Try to find an outlet for your anger such as going to the gym it does help. Get a pillow and punch it, go out into an empty field and scream at the top of your voice. Go for a run. Do anything you can to get rid of the anger safely - bottling it up is harmful to you and losing control too. Hope that makes sense!

nope

there is ALWAYS something you can do about it

sometimes just feel and understand for awhile (a few weeks even)

then take small steps, to find out more, toward something , away from something, whatever seems right at the time

see who or what is causing or has caused you be angry, try to dissipate it

sometimes a simple reminder for somebody is enough, if somebody wronged you, guilt is there, easy to tweak it if you want too

I prefer simple reminders, the kind which can be just pleasant if nobody wronged you, that also would touch the sore spot again if so

guilt is wicked and can't really be escaped from I have found

Of course. Everyone has felt that way at one point or another.
You can do something about it, you just can't do what you are impulsively thinking of doing.
Do something constructive with the anger, and you'll feel better - go running or biking or some other excercise, you'll be suprised at what you can do when you are angry :)

Ive think we all have ,but the best thing is dont go to bed angry, because what you are doing to yourself is very dangerous. Let it go and acheive life elsewhere..and smile because there is something good around the corner if you will just calm down...
