I heard that Hydroxy Cut will give me good results, i'm not overweight, I'm just looking forward to losing a few extra pounds around my waist line, does anyone know a good, effective exercise and a diet plan I should follow? Please say something serious or let someone else help me... Thank you.
I appreciate it

You can't really spot reduce. I used Hydroxy Cut when I was excercising and it worked. The stomach is the 1st and last place men gain and lose weight. So it doesn't sound too bad. The best thing would be to do some cardio or aerobic work at least three times a week and to watch your diet. Remember alcohal has a lot of empty calories. Try to cut back on the fat you're eating. Some carbs are good for energy. Lots of fresh or steamed veggies are good, watch what you dress them with. Salsa adds flavour without many calories. Just have to take into consideration the sodium, especially if you have any problems with it.
Cutting back on the amount of food helps for a little while, but your body goes into starvation mode using fewer calories so it can store more fat.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

If you go to healthquest.peoplesway.com and look at PROTRIM, it may help. Also fat around the waist can be a result of hormones being off. There are all kinds of things in the environment that can cause this that you would never think of, plus it is a natural thing as we get older. Pro HM for women or Pro MC for men will help to balance things out. There are some videos at youtube if you search peoplesway.

if you can't find a way to cleanse you colon a good way i think is to balance your carb, protein, and fat intake, i kno you rpobably can't afford super healthy foods know cause your in college but just keep these in mind when your about to eat:
1) Make sure that the food your eating doesn't look like this 45g of card and 2g of protein then 0g fat, belive it or not your need fat to burn fat just make sure you have a pretty good balance of everything
2) Do not eat anything higher than 10g of carbs after 2pm in the day then your body gets more time to burn the carb and you don't go to sleep with it.
3) your portiion size should be a little bigger than your fist.
4) Eat filling things like oatmeal and fruit cause if you go eat a burger and fries your going to need more and more to fill you up.
5) Try good carbs and good fats: canola oil and so fort.
6) Drink alot of water, make sure you drink about 8 glasses a day, the best thing is to get a water bottle with the measurements on it it will make you want to hit your goal.
I hope this helps you.

Check out the You: On a Diet Book. They talk about how your waist line to a guide for how your health is. It's really quite interesting.

DO NOT FAST OR GO ON ANY DRASTIC DIET!! You will gain back what you lost and more every single time I promise. And yo-yo dieting kills your metabolism.

Stay active, avoid processed foods and high sugar content foods. Stick with fresh foods and whole grains and it'll melt off

Good luck!

in order to reduce your body fat.. you have to change your eating habits by a few 100 calories a day... once that is done your body will eat the stored fat..

should follow this with weight lifting...

1 pound of muscle will eat 50 calories will you sleep
1 pound of fat will eat 1 while you sleep
