This girl works with me.
She gave me her number.

We talk on the phone one time.

Second time i call her, (she getting unfriendly at work, starts ignoring me/no eye contact)

So I do the same for 2 days.

The third day, she comes to me and wants to start conversation with me and she shows me interest. (smiles.etc)

So I call her today, to ask her for coffee. and she asks "when/where?"

Then she asks my work schedule, and says we'll go out when we both have off. (We both have off on sat) I said, whenever you can, I don't want to pressure you into anything. so she says, I’m doing this project with my mom and sister. I’m kind of busy now.

so I said “well you have my number, let me know.” she said ok.

She sounds like if you chase her she becomes uninterested. Dont call her for a couple days and let her make the call. If you are always calling her she will think you have no other options.

Your a man, expected to put pressure on her and she wants you to. She ignored you only when she thought she had you in her web, when you got out of it, she came back at you. Its a game. Time to act like you couldn't care any less. Make her think your going to go at any second. Dont call her, if she called you dont answer, if she not leave a mssg, call her out on that. Position yourself to be the prize and she will come to you.
