i asked this 3 times and i hardly got any answers. well once again theres this boy and he sits close to me and touches my hair. my friends say that we would be the perfect couple. he also touched my hair once but he swore that he didnt like me but he said that in front of my friends. he said he likes this other girl but i think thats just to get me jealous.he my only friend thats a boy and he talks to me alot
should i go out with him, tell him we could still be friends, or just forget about it.WHAT SHOULD I DO???????/

I would leave things as they are, why ruin a good friendship when you don't know exactly what is going on in his head. Guys are hard to figure out, they say that we are...but really it is him. I kid you not, there was a guy that I met in 98, we both thought the other liked us but were not sure. At different times when people asked us we, of course, would say "we're just friends" and forget it. Well in 2001 we finally kissed. I thought it would never happen. We were best of friends from March of 98 until Aug 01 when we kissed. Now we do not speak to eachother EVER. We talked a few times after the kiss (which was great by the way) but it was never the same. That is why I say...don't ruin the friendship. If it is meant to be it will fall into place at the right time.

He obviously does like you. And maybe he likes other girls too. But for him to touch your hair, now that's really something there. He probably is playing hard to get, and he probably told your friends that because it's none of their business. Just go with the flow. Flirt back by smiling, making eye contact, and touch his hair. When no one is looking, maybe lean in close to his face, giving him a slow sniff of his cologne or laundry soap. Don't kiss though. Tease him w/ your flirty sniff of him, smile and give him "the look".

If he hasn't asked you out, you can't do any of those things. It would make you look stupid to say we need to just be friends and he really doesn't like you. If you're not gonna ask him out and he said he didn't like you, leave it alone. Him touching your hair doesn't 100% mean he digs you. He could have a hair fetish or just be bored. Or even worse he might know you like him and just be playing with your mind.

I would tell him. I think he didn't say it because he didn't want to tell you in front of your friends. A boy that touches your hair likes you a lot.

if you really like him, you should ask him out. what's the worse that could happen? he could say no, and then you're back to friends anyways...you can try to get him to like you again. and if he claims he doesn't like you in front of so many other people, chances are he's just covering up the amount that he DOES like you. tell him how you feel, i doubt that he'll turn you down.

Your too young. Wait. Be friends with him. Middle school relationships dont work and then your never friends with that person ever again after you break up.
But if you like him, go for it I guess, but I still think it sounds like your too young.

Just still be friends why ruin a perfect friendship I did that when my friends told me this guy liked me asked him out he said no and then he hated me and he never wanted to be my friend don't risk it.

Well, if you like him enough and you think he's a good guy, then I think you should go out with him. If he really doesn't like you, then you can still keep being friends. Just make sure that your feelings for him won't affect the friendship if he doesn't like you. ~good luck~

wow what a freak...he touches ur hair?....errr....seems kinda freaky to me but ehz.... okies then well since he admitted that "he doesnt like you" then i guess either hes is just shy, or hes a freak and just likes to touch your hair and god knows what : / anyways, if u acutally like him then just ask to go out just as friends and go watch a movie or something, then see how that works out, if it works then go with the flow, if not then... just advoid him from that day on i guess

Tell him, touching your hair reminds you of your cousin who does that alot... then mention as a side note, he's gay...and gay men do that alot envious of women's hair. See how he reacts.
Then say, I know youre not gay... if you were interested in a girl, Im sure you have the balls to stand up and say so.
