I wish I could tell you. I'm in the same boat as you except I'm a 24 year old female whose never had a boyfriend and never had a first kiss. I don't know what to do either. I don't have any friends so I have really low self-esteem and self confidence. If someone has any answers please tell me them. I need as much help as you. Good luck to you

Learning a new skill can raise your confidence.

At first you might think you are no good--but who would be good at something they were just learning?!?! Set aside a half hour a day to practice your new skill, keeping a journal of what you did so you can record your progress. After a while, you'll be able to look back at your progress and see all the things you have accomplished.

One idea: learning an instrument, like the guitar. You can get one on the cheap, your fingertips will hurt a tiny bit when you know you are doing well in the beginning, and once you get into it, you'll be able to use those skills to meet people. Who knows? You could even become famous...

Evaluate all the goals you have achieved, all the things you plan for yourself. Observe some people around you who are not where they should be in life!

Focus on what you do well. Don't discredit the positive!
