I do not have access to a manual BUT, if you turn the emergency flasher on and listen for the clicking, you will probably find the flasher. Other than that, without a manual, you will have to check side kick panels, fuse panel, steering column, even under the hood.
You could go to the library and check out a repair manual.
Ask the part store where you will purchase the new flasher. Some stores will have component lo cater manuals.

Look at your fuse box; there should be a round (or possibly rectangular) silver colored box thing somewhere near it. That's the flasher; take it out and bring it to the nearest NAPA store and ask them to match it up. Then replace it. Alternatively, go buy the flasher first, then look for a similar thing under the dash. Or you could just take the vehicle to a mechanic and tell him to replace it if you'd rather not get yourself down on all fours and crawl around under the dashboard. Shouldn't cost more than a few dollars, including the part.

I believe it is same as Buick-it is the rod on left side steering wheel, Cruise Control is on the end, wipers you turn the end in circular motion and turn signals you push the rod up and down.
Good luck
