prob with shutdown?

Question

i want to run shutdown.exe from windows\system32 cause i want to use it to object dock. but i can't run it. it shows a black window for just a blink and then nothing... in contrast to shutdown.exe the logoff.exe runs just fine plz heeelp

Instead of Run, open Command Prompt and run it fom there
