Umm yeah... Please disregard all of the requests you have seen to let it "ferment" That is a good way to make a rancid slightly poisonous apple drink. Anyway you best method is going to be to get some actual yeast. Check your local wine&spirits making shop for the yeast. I would recommend chapaigne yeast. Ask them for some approximations. You will basically need to add some sugar (unless it is already super sweet) and then a very small amount of the yeast. While yes this will make it slightly alcoholic, the alcohol content is negligible and it is fine to give to children. Basically put the cider into about 3/4 of either a pop bottle (sterilized). The CO2 created by the yeast will then make the cider sparkling. There are also co2 tabs that you can buy, but I'm not sure how effective they are. I believe there may be a bigger chance of exploding bottles with co2 tabs. Those can be purchased at the same kind of place, or even online for better prices.

Like the people before me said....in the local Supermarkets. Martelli's is a very good one.
Can't find what you're looking for? Mix up your own with 3 parts Apple Juice/Cider, and 1 part of either of the following: Lemon/Lime Soda, Lemon Tonic Water, or Ginger Ale.
If you're doing a party, mix it ahead of time in a large pitcher or bowl. For added flavor toss in some sliced apples (red or green), grapes and or pineapples (your choice). Pour over ice and enjoy.
Note: Remember, the apple juice/cider will be sweet, so using the sugary sweet soda will cause the sugars to not react well on the tongue, leaving a bitter taste. I would recommend doing the ginger ale or tonic water for the best flavor.
Good luck!

Have you tried your local grocery store? Most carry the sparkling apple cider. If not they usually carry sparkling grape juice. Or just ask a grocery manager, they will be able to help you.

I find it in every grocery store around here. If you're in a more rural area, you might want to call your local store and ask them to get it for you. (I've also gotten Sparkling Peach and Pear- very tasty!) Martinelli's and Alpenglow are two large producers of these beverages.
When I have a party, I like to have something special for my friends who don't drink alcohol. These are a nice choice.

Check just a regular grocery store - that's where we get it when we want it. It's usually by the apple juice OR by the wine: sometimes both. If you don't see it, ask for it.

Regular grocery stores carry it in PA. Try near the produce section.

Down here I can get it in Costco, BJ's and my local regular supermarket. Publix, Win Dixie etc.
Also your local liquor store must have it.
