I weigh about 127 pounds, and am 5'6"
Bathing suit season's comin' up =]
and I want to look good in my new bikini =)

I do 20 minutes of aerobics everyday
and 125 sidecrunches every night
plus I ride a stationery bike when I have time.

So, what else should I do?

You know what? I am sooo glad you asked!
Anna Nicole Smith was a very sensuous woman. She had curves and mounds where woman are suppose to have curves and mounds.
But someone convinced here she was too fat.
Look at the changes she went through before she was finally laid to rest.
Never quit good enough,or thin enough or whatever enough she actually starved to death.
When you're starving the mind plays terrible tricks.
I had really hoped to see Anna Nicole Smith turn her behind to the camera one day, and proclaim"Kiss my fat happy ***!"
She won't be able to but you can.
You get health. If you're healthy at your present weight STAY THERE.
Attitude is a big part of a women being beautiful.
I would rather be with a woman who has confidence in her ability and may not be considered "runway beautiful" than to be with a woman who is always preening and asking"Do I look alright?"
Trust me,not all men are shallow.
Give us a chance.
Please?

If you are just wanting to firm and tone then you should be lifting some weights and working with a personal trainer, like myself. You are on a good start with the cardio and your weight is really at your ideal or at least with in 2 lbs. A good weight training program will help your build more lean muscle mass and also burn any fat storage you may have. I hope that helped. If you cant afford a personal trainer then a great book to get is Body for Life...it will get you some good excercises for those stubborn areas.

If you're 5'6" and 127 you don't need to lose any weight. If you're not comfortable with your body, you might consider doing some weight training to tone up, but your weight is fine right where it is. It would start to border on unhealthy if you lost weight.

My girlfreind got into yoga and made me go dancing with her three times a week all through the spring. I have no idea what she weighed then or what she weighs now, but I know between that and eating right she went from fine to slammin'!

You're like me. I'm 136 pounds and I'm 5'7"

I'm not fat and you're probably not fat. My stomach is flat, but I just hate the fat that's there now. It didn't use to be there.

Tell me how things go. Hmm, I don't know how you can contact me. Maybe if you click my name it will let you send a message or something.

How is your diet? I know people who do a lot of sports, but they are still big because they have bad eating habits.

I think your weight sounds fine. Maybe look into toning your body. Maybe some pilates.
