Hello guys!

I would like to know what you guys believe are good ways to improve mental health such as IQ, Intelligence, Mental Stamina, Attention Span, Focus, Concentration, and Problem Solving.

If you know any good games, programs, or anything at all that are free on the net that can help improve mental health, please let me know.

I find that by reading a lot of books, I have an astonishing attention span and a surprising knowledge of interesting (if not useless in some occassions) facts. Playing video games, any video game really, will help you improve your problem solving and focus as well as the physical aspect of your hand to eye coordination. As for intelligence, the only way to improve on that is to take classes or read up on what you want to know.

Watch jeopardy and if you find something you don't know, write it down and research it for yourself.

Sit down and read a book, look up any word you don't recognize and try to use it on a daily basis.

You could try the game of knowledge, good for anyone at any age.

Read, but not the supermarket tabloids, they can actually lower your IQ.

Try and memorize as many digits of pi as you can.

I memorized 300 digits and my memory is much sharper now. (It's been three years too.)
