You have to some exercise, even if it is nothing more than simple flexion and stretching...drink more water (easy for a college student) and lay off the junk food...Water intake should be between 5 and 7 20oz. bottles a day...not unrealistic by any means. It is a simple solution...and doesn't cost you a fortune.

Eating well will help. 4-6 small meals a day. Make sure you are getting all the nutrients that you can either from your meals or a vitamin supplement. Most people will advise you to stay away from diet pills. They are only a temporary fix and could cause much damage to your body in the mean time. Research Adderall as much as you can. Talk to your physician. If you are extremely overweight, they may be able to prescribe something to help you start to lose weight. BUT unfortunately, the best way to lose weight is through good diet and excersize. At least do 3 days a week for about 30 minutes. It's also a good stress reliever!

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to my health abc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Sometimes we have to do things that we don't want but the benefits outweigh the pain so to speak (pain lol) no pain no gain. That is for real lol.
Remember if everything feels ok your probably not losing weight.

Here is my recipe for you to lose weight and be healthy.

1. No cooked breakfast . No eggs bacon and cheese with homefries. lol So sorry . Too many calories in cooked breakfast. So eat cereal instead. hot cereal or cold.

Eat only whole grain cereal for breakfast (general mills). Special K by Kellogs is also great.

2. No soda of any kind especially diet. Nothing with Nutra sweet in it. No artificial sweetners of any kind. Aspartmame, Sacahharin, phen.... isn't healthy and increases your risk of cancer.
3. No juice unless you juice it yourself.

For the first 2 weeks if your a type of person that loves sweets. You will be going through a short process of withdrawl from sweets. Then eventually you won't crave for it as much. But you can still have sweets just instead of eating 100% of the icecream or the entire chocolate bar you will eat like 25% of it and save the rest. And eat 25% instead of the whole thing. The reason for eating about 25% of the sweets instead of the whole thing is because our minds are craving the taste. Put the rest in the fridge. for the next day.
RE: sweets ,cake,pie,icecream,potato chips etc.

Homemade lemonade or green tea.
Drink throughout the day. I make it mostly iced, add a lil mint leaves, its great. Use half the sugar you would normally for the tea, if you can stand it. Honey is better though.

Meat. Cut back on meat. one meal a day only. or eat it 3x a week.
Add more fish (no shell fish, sorry )
Buy a juicer and use it.
Eat cabbage at least 5x a week
Buy lots of fruits to snack on.
Buy dark chocolate to snack on. A hersheys bar is great & healthy.

If you like watermelon, cantolope, melon. Buy them and stuff your face lol thats what i do.
Good Luck

Definitely stay away from adderall. It is a medication for other medical problems.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

if you can't find a way to cleanse you colon a good way i think is to balance your carb, protein, and fat intake, i kno you rpobably can't afford super healthy foods know cause your in college but just keep these in mind when your about to eat:
1) Make sure that the food your eating doesn't look like this 45g of card and 2g of protein then 0g fat, belive it or not your need fat to burn fat just make sure you have a pretty good balance of everything
2) Do not eat anything higher than 10g of carbs after 2pm in the day then your body gets more time to burn the carb and you don't go to sleep with it.
3) your portiion size should be a little bigger than your fist.
4) Eat filling things like oatmeal and fruit cause if you go eat a burger and fries your going to need more and more to fill you up.
5) Try good carbs and good fats: canola oil and so fort.
6) Drink alot of water, make sure you drink about 8 glasses a day, the best thing is to get a water bottle with the measurements on it it will make you want to hit your goal.
I hope this helps you.

15 pounds is easy. Drop your calorie intake to 1200 per day and try to walk briskly for an hour straight, 5 times a week. I think it very reasonable for you to see 15 pounds come off in 8 weeks.

Cut out sugar, alcohol, white flour and fried foods/junk food (cookies, chips etc.) and don't lift weights (for now).

Change your diet. Eat less processed foods, more fruit and vegetables. Increase your physical activity by simply walking more aroung campus and running errands. Honestly..if you have time for any social life you have time to work out. Even if it's 30 minutes, it's something. This is not just about physical vanity it's about your life, your future health.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

I think you mean that you want to lose some weight. That will make your clothes loose. Try walking. Diet drugs are for lazy people.
