Corned beef and cabbage will be in my crock tomorrow.
Right now, I'm simmering stuff best left unmentioned for scientific usage in an experiment while I wait for the corned beef and cabbage to cook.
I should probably mention that yes, I have separate vessels for the science use and for the cooking use. ;)

Yuck! No crocks here hmmmmph! I'll stick with pizza tomorrow, since I'll be at work anyway making crappy Irish soda bread all day.

for a really good queso take two can's of wolf's bean less chili and one chopped block of Velveeta it's just like the kind at Chili's
Also Roast Beef is really good when it simmers in the crock pot for a day!

not Irish but once a year I shall be ! I have no cabbage and no ham( don't like either) but an Irish bar close by has lamb as well!
