how i work with a lady that really is big on being a "good christian," but she's always talking shizzat on everyone behind their back. Is there something snide I can say to let her know she's being a hyppocrite?

It's just typically. Tell her something really unbelievable have a few friends confirm your story. Wait a couple hours and she will get into a huge mess. Even better make it about the boss or he's or her's kids.

Hmm. I saw a type of pill avaliable in stores like GNC called 'No-Xplode' or something, maybe that will solve your problem, haha.
Honestly, best thing to do is come right out and say "wow, that's pretty hypocritical."

There are several "Don't gossip" proverbs (oddly enough, in Proverbs). Find one you think is appropriate and leave her a note with just the verse. Double points if you can leave it on top of her Bible without her noticing.

I'm sure Jesus would appreciate your concern on their behalf. Perhaps we should pray for blessings upon them.
Might not work but praying for them could help move some obstacles out of her way so she sees things more clearly.
