He is a drug dealer and has denyed her since conception and we are going to court to do the DNA and start child support.

i already have enough proof that he's a worthless piece of crap and my whole family says that i am making the biggest mistake of my life by taking him to court. when i first got pregnant him and his family tried making me have a miscarriage and my family thinks that that is a reason for me not taking him to court. i believe that if i can prove that he is her father then i can deny him from seeing her, and if he does want to see her then i can say when and where. am i making the right decision?

ok-if he has been denying her, i dont see why he would want to see her anyhow. so, just keep doing what you are doing, it doesnt sound like he wants anything to do with her, and from what you say, its probaly for the best.

HAVE THE DNA TEST DONE HAVE THE CHILD SUPPORT T COURT ORDERED IF HE HAS A REAL JOB HAVE THE COURT ORDER THAT THE MONEY BE DIRECTLY TAKEN OUT OF IS PAY AND SENT TO YOU.... THEN IF HE TRIS TO HAVE VISITATION THEN TELL THE COURT THAT YOU SUSPECT THAT HE IS INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THE CORT MAY HAVE AN INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINE THAT HE IS UNFIT TO BE WITH YOUR DAUGHTER....BUT IF YOUR LUCKY HE'LL DO WHAT HE'S BEEN DOING AND NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HER......IT MAY SOUND HARSH BUT IT IS STILL HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY TO SUPPORT HIS CHILD...

If you dont need the child support, have him sign off the legal rights of her, then you will not have to worry about her ever seeing him, and or knowing him for that matter..

get a restraining order on the basis of his denial and his current occupation. if that don't work, move out of state so can't find you.

threaten to tell the cops about his occupation and i bet he think about getting in the way.
