Let's say my friend, we'll call him Chuck, lets Jesus into his heart. Six months pass and Chuck gets a heart transplant. Does he have to let Jesus in again or is it implied that Jesus is already in his new heart? Is there a ritual that would allow him to take Jesus out of his old heart and put him into his new heart? What if Jesus doesn't like Chuck's new heart? Is he required to stay regardless of what Chuck's heart thinks?

Silly one! Of course Chucks heart doesn't think. And yes Jesus is always in his heart, that is where the emotions are filed by the brain! And the Love of Jesus is a very strong emotion. The answer would be, the files transfer automatically!

When you let Jesus into your heart it implies the area in which your emotions come from.
ex: when you get excited your heart feels fluttery.
so no, Jesus is still with Chuck

If people let Jesus in their heart, its not a body part, but its in your soul where all of your thinking and making decisions comes from, and where your belief comes from!!!

If somebody loves someone who got a hert transplant, they are still going to love that person after the transplant.

Its a matter of ethics here too, if you even understand it!

Ok. First, if this is an honest question, it saddens me to know so many know so little about the nature of Christ. Secondly, when someone lets Jesus into their "heart", it simply implies that they are allowing Jesus to fill their soul and guide them. To forgive them of their transgressions and help them life more fully in the ways of the Lord. You can lose every organ and limb on your body. If you always allow the Lord to fill your soul, you will never lose him.....

when you ask Jesus into your heart, you arn't asking him into your actual heart as in the organ in your body... its more like another name for your spirit. Jesus will still live inside 'Chuck' whatever heart he has... it's hard to explain, but hope this helps!

Lets say Jesus doesnt live in our physical heart but in the heart of our being, the Spirit that is within us. Then would the physical parts of our bodies even matter? nope... the Spirit doesnt leave our bodies when parts do.....

The word Heart is a figurative word when describing someone who has accepted him. When one accepts Christ; Christ does not 'LITERALLY' enter into ones heart.

Figuratively speaking Christ is apart of ones being, when they accept him. Before acceptance a human has a Body and Soul; after accepting Christ a humna has a Body, Soul and Spirit. The Spirit is what indwells the human body, and thereafter that person lives as Christ lived.

No problem with God. Don't forget He made both hearts and all things are possible with God. He'll be in the new heart for you also.
