Eat healthy foods(don't eat much junk food),cleansing/washing face well(get ALL make up off). Lotion on face doesn't help, only on elbows and legs and feet. Your skin on your face is different from the skin on the rest of your body.

Taking care of your skin as well as maintaining a healthy diet and drinking an adaquate amount of water is the healthiest way to get glowing skin forever. But because Jergen's is a body lotion rather than a face lotion it is not oil free and could possibly clog your pores. So just be careful. If it's working for you so far with no breakouts then you're fine.

I think you should work from the inside out too. Although lotions, etc are very important, I think vitamins and herbs are critical. I am 41 and the facialist I went to last week thought I was 29. I take a variety of vitamins, (wear sunscreen of course) but I really like the Olay vitamins for your skin (at the drugstore). They are a little pricey, but my skin looks AWESOME. Talk about glow. Also, no skin picking and ALWAYS wash your face every night no matter what. Good luck!!

Yeah, that will work. But also making sure that you are exfoiliating your skin. Shaving exfoliates, but you can also buy textured (but not too rough) mittens usually over by the body wash at the store. You just stick them on your hands, and lightly rub your skin to remove dead skin cells.

by wearing SPF 15 every day, even if there is no sun present

And last but not least, make sure that you are drinking 8 glasses of water every day. Water naturally makes skin glow.

No lotions, they are full of impurities, try cocoa butter or shea butter or even olive oil!
