Uh it depends on the mood and the girl. There are some that take it in the face cause they don't like the taste or because they don't swallow.(which I don't recommend unless you are HAPPILY married and know beyond a shadow of a doubt he's not fooling around on you)
Some girls are willing to do whatever their man wants. It's called being his personal porn star.

I think that would be humiliating, and any girl who lets a guy do that does not enjoy it. She is pretending to enjoy it to please the guy. Also, she is more worried about pleasing a guy than preserving her own dignity.
