I used to doubt the existance of any kind of god, but science has really convinced me there must have been some intellegent creator. Still, I love these idiotic "If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" questions, and I'd love to play along with you all.

It's nice to see people on here with some grasp of nuance. Actually I'm always amazed when I read "answers" that are ripped straight out of the Official Playbook, whether Atheist or Christian - I just can't believe that anybody could buy into any "programme" so completely. (And yes, it is WAY worse with the Christians.) It just shows that nothing is worse for most people than the prospect of thinking about anything for themselves.

The whole "why are there still monkeys" thing is just aggressive, defiant, petulant stupidity. Nobody is REALLY that dumb - I just can't believe that. They just think that's what they're supposed to say in defense of their team. I've even seen some Christians who literally take a sandbox kind of glee in infuriating people with the obstinacy of their retardation.

Anyway, yeah - anybody can drink. You practically have to when perusing these boards.

Okay, I just don't get it. Do you want an answer to the first question? If I understand the "drinking game" correctly (I am taking th expression literally as I don't know any better), you don't have to be an atheist. You just have to be dumb, and that can happen whether you are an atheist or a believer of one sort or another.
The "why are there still monkeys" question is an embarrassment to any thinking believer. In fact, I can hardly believe people actually ask that one. I know some people ask it tongue in cheek just to annoy people since so many have now objected to it, but still - some are actually asking it seriously. As if it had anything to do with the argument. (Some people give arguments from the evolutionist side that aren't any better, but those don't embarrass me, so they don't bother me!)

Er...maximum in all probability that very last one is ANIMAL i'm assuming even you probably did technological information in college and discovered about the human composite. even if god made us, we are no longer made from fairy dirt, we are made from minerals and such. And it is a sport of deduction. have you ever under no circumstances performed? You ask the three questions, they say certain/no then you definitely ask yet another alongside with what color are you or what number legs have you ever acquire, so on and so on. Please, be a touch more advantageous accepting. it truly is no longer a sport adverse to faith. yet because you're so adverse to those who do not beileve in jesus, you're taking it the incorrect way. in case you don't love Atheism, why flow to an Atheists social gathering in the first position? Did someone placed a gun on your head and rigidity you? No? Then end whining, your feet took you there.

There's something that hasn't been explained by those who blieve in an intelligent creator.
Just look around what's going on in this world- - - the misery, wars, greed, envy, misfits, cripples, and tons more, then tell me how you can say it's the work of an INTELLIGENT creator. The two words can't be used together.
Maybe it should be changed to a looney creator.

Drink? DRINK!!! where, ah!! bah!! just another monkey question.

We both descended from similar ancestors, the fact that some of them stayed small and in the trees, may have insured their survival. While larger "more evolved" creatures died out in their area, due to having larger stomachs that needed more food in a time of sparse conditions.
many creatures died out because they evolved too soon or too late. so monkeys survived despite mans attempts to kill them all. enough of this question already

Intelligent creator is still very much a theist concept and has no proof in logic. It is only slightly better than those who says "If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?".

Sure thing!! The more, the merrier!

Drink when you see a form of:

1. "Why are atheists in the R&S section?"
2. "?"
3. "Do you believe in god?"
4. "What is the meaning of life?"
5. "Did you know that there are no atheists?"

Beginning now, the Minister of Logic declares that a drink must also be taken anytime "Atheist Day" is mentioned by a Christian in reference to April 1st.

I love these "science has convinced me of the existence of God" quote when there is nothing in science that says there is a god.

Still, at least you're not asking 1 of the 3 most stupid common questions.
