A dab of toothpaste....try putting it on before you do to bed...it really works. I've read that models use this method. (It drys the spots)

Apply one drop of tea tree oil on a cotton bud and rub it on the spot, no more than that as it's very concentrated and strong. It acts as an antiseptic and also astringent so will kill bacteria on the spot and surrounding area and dry up the spot. I do this every time I get one and it clears up within 2 days. Also, don't pop them until they're ready, otherwise you'll get scarring. Toothpaste is also really good

Let's get to it.
Are you a growing teenager? If so, facial spots are common and should be left alone, if possible. However, washing is very important to cleanse the skin on and around the spots.

If the questions are about spots anywhere else or on a baby, get the opinion of your GP.

I recently started using Body Shop products, they have helped me quite a lot :) they are natural and do not cause any allergies...give them a try, but first ask a consultant at the shop, so he/she can tell you what would suit your skin the best. Sunbeds also helped me get rid of spots, but limit sunbed use to only one session a week as overexposure to UV rays is dangerous.

Not wanting to push my products- ~I don't get commission, but I work at Lush part time and this week I saw another girl who works part time- our paths don't often cross so I haven't seen her for around a month. She has been using coal face- a facial soap we sell their and the change in her skin is incredible, she used to have really sore looking red spots and now it is clear, it was so lovely to see as she is such a pretty girl.

A Tea tree oil blemish stick really works; especially if you only have one or two spots. If you have many, you might try witch hazel lotion ...
In times of emergency, a dab of vinegar on a spot works wonders! Lemon juice is also good.

Neutrogena Oil Free Pore Wash is BRILLIANT, but they stopped selling it in the UK and now all my spots have come back (probably more because I have been eating 10 choclolates a day).

Panoxyl 10. Its the best! You have to ask for it at a chemist. It works by gradually removing the spot layer by layer. It sounds weird but it really works - its often used to treat acne!

Toothpaste should do the trick. Dab some on the spot before you go to bed.
