There are many things that gives me peace of mind.
1) No doubt is our Lord Jesus, my comfort, my shelter.
2) When I'm all alone and I'm just lying down on my bed, listening to nice music.
3) When I imagine myself in the middle of a wide field or at the side of the beach.

I get peace of mind from philosophical truths which I try to adhere to certain extent. I realise that all the things in this world are perishable and none here is immortal. Time changes every thing here. Hence I do not repose my entire faith on this changing world and its relationship. I understand that Death is certain for all be him a pauper or emperor. When every thing is a passing cloud why I should worry about the changing fortunes or loss or gain or love or hatred I encounter. I try to fix my attention on the unchanging base. i.e., God. I rely upon Him and know for certain all this is Divine play. We are all puppets in his divine hand. Hence be calm and do not be anxious about the changing world and relationships. nagarajan.

With out any expectation, when you help a person during his critical moment, when he is badly in need of the help, then you feel and get that happiness, joy and peacefulness which even the saints don't get.

The Lord Jesus Christ. Not only peace of mind but also the only reason I'm even here.

In this day and age, the only thing that really gives me peace of mind is that I will, eventually, die and not have to deal with this stupid world.

And so will everyone else.

And that's MY happy thought of the day!

The "Holy Spirit of God" that God sent down to dwell within me after confessing to Him the sincere and full repentance of my sins, and the acceptance of Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior into my life. I have died to myself and now live my life in a joyous and personal relationship with God, the Father through His Son Jesus Christ. Knowing now, that as a true and faithful servant of God, I have begun to live my life in eternity as a joint heir with Jesus Christ in the coming Kingdom of God on earth..........There can be no other way to have "True" piece of mind.
