I've been involved with a guy for 3 years in the course of time he did some horrible things and at this point he wants me to give him another opportunity to make things right. He is 23 and turing his life around. He claims to want a child all of sudden and my feelings toward him are indifferent.
I have a gentlemen interested who would like to be seriously involved whose 30 who seems like he's a genuine person. If I pursued a relationship with him, it seems like it could be properous because he's matured and fiancially secure.
I think about my ex but am not thrilled about his past behavior I want to move on with my life. Do I start a new life or rekindle what I already had, I am 21

The old flame has a bad history, its very unusual for some one to change his life around. I would not trust him and definitely no child should be involved in a relationship with him. Give the new man a chance. I think you know this, but don't base the new relationship solely because he is financially secure, because that would be just the wrong reason to stay with someone

Move on, even if it's not with the older guy. If you have even the slightest doubt, then he is not right for you. You are 21 years old. You have a lifetime to find the right guy. If you like the older gentleman, then hang out with him a bit more. The biggest most telling thing that I didn't see in your question was the mention of the "L" word. If you don't love either one, then move on.

Wow, you are in a tough situation! You really need to think about what is going to be best for you in the long run! I am 21 as well and I understand what is going through your mind. You dont love the old flame because you would have no doubt in your mind about this. My opionion is to start new and fresh! If the old flame really really loves and wants you, he will wait for you to see if things work out in the other situation! Just make sure you look out for you, because all in all "you are the only one who will look after you!"

You need to think about how much you like the old one and if he's worth losing forever! You know that once you date this new guy the old one will leave! I think that if you don't love the old one you should get with the new one just give it a try! Somtimes we have to trade the old things in life in for something new!! Either way you go girl just make sure your happy!
