Fist of all how do you know it is a GT? Second, the Mustangs have a uni-body. No chassis. The only mustang is have ever seen with a chassis is the one I am having built. ($25,000.00) with body panels.
Now, if you have just the shell of a 67 Mustang and you want to put it together, and you are asking this question because you have never done this, you are in for a 3 to 4 year project and expect to spend about $55,000.00 to do it correctly.
You would be better off selling the stuff you have and invest your earnings.

A 67 Mustang doesn't have a chassis,, so I'd guess you will be buyng a lot of parts.
