Adobe Acrobat makes pdf files
Generally you can create a document in Word or another text editor then use Acrobat to make the document into a .pdf

You need a PDF creator. Lots of free ones out there. You install it and then "print" to it. The program looks like a printer, but instead of printing out a document, will create a PDF file (you just tell it where to save the file). Try Google for places to download CutePDF or PDF995.

Theres a free office suite that I use called Open Office.org. The word program is capable of creating PDF files.

A pdf is an Adobe Reader document...you need adobe reader to make a pdf...because you can't save a word pad document as a pdf or even a microsoft word doc as one either...

Use a program called Primo PDF.
When in word you'll print to primo PDF and save it as a pdf.

you just want a pdf creator software.
you can easily find it on www.mininova.org and search it. it is a torrent base site so you need a torrent client to download that file like bitcomet and getright

if u have linux u can use a software very alike to word (i cant remember name but u can search, i think it was something with office), and if u have windows u should be able to do it with adobe.
