Honestly, I think it does to some degree. I don't see how anyone can benefit from a guy having a willy the size of a pinky finger, however, a below average penis can work out fine if a guy knows what he's doing. Most guys are pretty clueless about female anatomy and what exactly pleases a woman (although they will tell you differently) so if they know what they're doing, and what they're doing it to, I'm usually fine. Penetration feels good, but really, it's about WAY more than that.

i personally think its how you use it. i myself am 6.5 x 5 and have never had a complaint. I also specialize in the ancient art of cunnilingus as well. I think if you can work it out and mix it up you can make any woman climax. its also your self confidence. if a man can stand in front of a woman butt naked and feel confident in himself i think it effects the way she sees him all together. i've heard mixed reviews as far as bigger guys go. if you cant use it correctly or only last 5 minutes what the **** difference does it make if its 8 inches long and 6 inches around. everytime me and my fiance make love she has gushing orgasms so...im not the biggest but i can work it out.

it does and it doesnt. Long and thin just really sucks. Short and thick is alittle bit better (i personally like thick) but it really matters what they can do with it.
