Call a local excavation co., you can find them in the phone book. It depends on the size of the ponds but with enough dump truck loads of back fill and a good dozer you should be able to get them all filled in.
Seriously though... for starters you can work out all you want and if your diet doesn't support your weight loss plan you will never lose any weight.
And stop using the word "like" as an adj. and adv. in all your sentences.... it's "like" really annoying to read. The first letter of the first word of any sentence and the word " I " are always capitalized, and "20ponds" should be "20 pounds" or "20 lbs".

Since you are already exercising (the most important part of any weight control plan, without exercise no weight control plan works) I would suggest you drastically control your carbohydrate intake.
Since I've reduced my carbs to under 40 grams a day, I've been able to slowly reduce my weight by thirty kilograms. I've upped the protein in my diet, too.

if you Really do work out every night, depending on the intesity, you shoudl be gaining muscle pounds, also as a guy, you gain muscle a whole lot easier than us girls. Try weight lifting and running. Muscle wieghs more than fat, but gaining muscle loses fat. you can tell if you are musclular or not, muscle looks tones, fat is just there.
even if you work out insanely, you have to cut your food intake down. Eat healthy, be healthy.

To lose weight you must exercise and reduce how much you eat. If you want to to lose weight try jogging around the block a few times and not eating fast food and junk food.

Don't expect to lose weight immediately. If you combine diet and exercise, you will gradually lose weight and not gain any.
