I need to streangthen my english language and courage my self to talk with this language , and hopfully to become professional talker.

I would suggest listening to English tapes. I would also try to find someone who speaks English and just talk with them. Sometimes listening to English music will help too.

Depending on how strong you English is, you may want to read books that are either "easy readers" for children since they will be easier to understand, or books that are translations of things you are familiar with so that they will be easier to understand. I like to read fairy tales (kids stories and folk tales) in German because it is good practice and I am familiar with the material already.
Watching TV shows or movies in English will help you with some of the expressions. Charlize Theron once said that she learned English by watching American television and mimicking what she heard. Until I read that interview, I thought she had always spoken English because she has a "standard" American accent.
Just keep practicing, you'll get it.

Some tips:
-Get a penpal/msn pal
-Go on english forums and be an active user
-Watch movies in english (first start with subtitles then avoid the subtitles)
-Get involved with english-speaking people

go out more often or get a job with looking after children they are great to learn with
