Grab a shovel and lob it back over the fence.
It isn't the dog's fault - it's the owner.
I had a problem with a neighbor that would bring her dog to crap in my yard every day like clockwork. One day I told them I figured it would only be proper for me to return the favor by emptying my kitty litter box at the base of their mailbox.
They don't do it any more.

Try a product called Repel.
It's pheromone based and keeps cats and dogs away because to them it smells bad. It's available at any big brand pet stores such as PetSmart and Petco and doesn't harm the animal.
There is a granule type that is great for sprinkling on lawns and basic landscaping and a gel form that works well for garden areas.

don't get intimidated. most cities and towns have by-laws stating that a pet owner must clean up after their animal. ask nicely if she would mind keeping her dog off your lawn and if she refuses you can either call animal control or use my technique. i would scoop up the poop in a shovel go next door and ring the buzzer, then explain that their dog left something on my lawn i thought they would like it back. i also put up a sign that had a dog in the act with a red circle and a line through it.
good luck

Vinegar! Unfortunately you're gonna have to know the times the dog goes potty. You just need to spray it with a bottle of vinegar. Dogs cant stand the smell of it.
If the neighbor catches you- spray her too. (lol)
---Pick up phone and call local police station. Tell them an aggressive woman is on ur property.
--or just you could be the aggressive woman and she
probably wont come back

build a fence, tell the owner to but it on a lead, and in an extreme case call the police or take legal action but those are very drastic and semi-pathetic measures. But ask her to keep the dog off of your property. i really dont know what else to tell you.

I've always heard that you can put some cayenne pepper where they've done their business, so that when they come back, they smell that and learn to dislike your yard. I don't think it's harmful at all, just a little unpleasant for them.

Pick it up with a shovel and flick it back into her yard, the closer to the front door the better.
or save up a few days and dump it in the middle of her drive way.
I would suggest this only after having a friendly talk to her and of course this does not work.
Good luck

Tell your crazy neighbor to stop letting her dog poop on your lawn. That doesn't work. Flaming bag of poop on porch. That is all I have to say.
