Why do you have to find a guy who likes horses? It doesn't have to be that way. Don't you want some variety in your life? If you found the best guy in the world and he wasn't into horses as much as you wanted him to be, would you pass him up? I think you should find that right guy, and if he happens to like horses too, that would be a plus.
