Although there are MANY things that I would rate above these (such as respect, consideration of my feelings, common interests & values, etc.), here's my list:

1. Personality - very important
2. Family - important that he gets along with his & hers
3. Job - it's good to have one.... one that's legal... and do something he isn't going to whine about all the time
4. Height - b/c many girls are self-conscious about being with someone shorter
5. Looks - a girl won't date a guy she isn't attracted to physically
6. Body - although girls generally want someone who takes care of themselves
7. Size
