The formula for most dogs is: at 3 months you triple their size, at 4 months you double it.
Since they are both male and 7 months old, I'd say they may gain another few inches at the most in height, and will probably continue to gain some muscle mass and weight until they're about a year old.
Make sure that you're feeding them a high quality premium dog food specifically made for LARGE BREED dogs since they're both over 50 pounds. This will ensure that they're getting the required nutrition they need in order to fill out completely, as well as provide them with all of the glucosamine and chondroiton needed for strong and healthy joints.

That sounds great for their age. There is quite a bit of variation on height and weight of this breed. Most likely they will grow a little bit taller and then fill out, meaning they will put on more weight. I have a Pittie that grew slowly and then had some major growth spurts including one around that age. She has a very solid build and is beautiful. She didn't get her solid build until she had reached her full height, but she had a nice build even before. Diet and normal exercise are important for build. She doesn't do pulling or any agility, just romps in the dog park and runs in a yard. And she has a great diet and gets supplements for skin and coat.

Without knowing the size and pedigree of the parents it's difficult to say. 61 to 65 pounds is a good weight for your dogs at their current age. Often, dogs reach their "height" limit at about 6 months and then start packing on the pounds in bone mass and muscle mass.
((Keep in mind, though, that not all Pits are "huge" dogs. Their size can vary from 38 pounds up to 70+ pounds.))

What are your dogs pedigrees? 61 and 65lbs at 7 month of age is too big to be a full blooded APBT, which shouldn't be bigger than 65 full grown (and that is still big).
There are a lot of people today selling huge dogs that they claim are APBTs. Gotti, Watchdog, Razors Edge, just to name a few. They are not full blooded APBTs but mastiff, cane corso, or presa mixes.
If your dogs have any of those bloodlines (there are a lot more than just those few) then they will probably get huge.
It really is a shame for the real APBTs people keep breeding those giants. They are meant to be tall, lanky, athletic, graceful, beautiful dogs. Not short, stocky, big headed.

I have seen pits up to 90 lbs once the mature. Remember that a pit actually matures later than most other dogs. Usually pit is considered and adult after 24 to 30 months. However while your dogs are still young socialize them with other animals to lessen their natural aggression. I have owned pits for 50 year and never had any problems with them. The dogs stomach should curve up from the chest if it is even drop the amount of food you feed them.

In all honesty, this could be a breed that has been bred for hundreds of years to kill different canines. you are able to socialize and prepare all you choose yet your canines ought to nevertheless be canines aggressive. Socialize your canines by taking him each and every place you circulate (that helps pets). initiate early, around 8-10 weeks. Leash instruction. i began out leash instruction at 10 weeks. You leash prepare him the comparable way you may the different canines. compliment and endurance. nutrition guarding. From an early age start to take issues faraway from him. i do no longer propose tease him with it yet have him take a seat for his nutrition and wait till you supply him the command to circulate consume. mutually as he's eating, pull the bowl faraway from him and intensely directly slide it back and go away it at that. you do no longer prefer to late it on that area. I want you the better of high quality fortune which comprise your pooch

I had a female and she was not very big. As far as how long they will grow, I had a border collie that did not fill out until he was 2 years old, so some dogs do mature a little late.
