Sister`s wedding?

What is something special and extraordinary to do and give my sister for her wedding??

When my sister got married (we are 10 years apart) I went and bought her all the things I took from her when I was little, or things that I wrecked. We must have laguhed for a good 2 hours when she finally figured out it was me and not my brothers that either took or destroyed her stuff. We still talk about if 10 years later. She says that was the best gift she every recieved because it brought back so many good memories.

a scrapbook from over the years is something that takes a lot of time, effort, and thought that everybody appreciates. My high school choir made one for me when I graduated, and I have cherished it for years. Get tons of pictures (including some embarassing ones!) of you and her when you were younger and throughout the years, and put it together nicely in a beautiful scrapbook album. Put in any movie/concert tickets you might have kept, pictures or newspaper clippings of things that happened that are significant to the two of you. Lots of craft stores sell really nice scrapbook kits with all different sorts of themes.

since she's your sister, you should give something relly nice (expensive) like jewelry (that's kind of expected from family)

but you should ALSO give something personal...since she's kind of like "going away," you can give her something that reminds her of you or some of the times you had together or some joke that you guys share - even if you bake her something & decorate it, it's personal.

Depends on what she likes, if you are going for something outragous then I'd say see if she likes lingere or even some beautiful jewlery for the wedding.
