This girl i really like has annoyed me today, she was really selfish in the way she acted and didnt even think twice about me, it was wierd cause she is never like that at all....we both like each other, and what annoyed me the most is that i was going to ask her out today if this didnt happen.......basically i asked her to the movies, and she accepted earlier, then we were about to, and then she said nah, im tired and want to go home, she basically just wasted my time picking her up and taking her to the movies, then dropping her off home again(we were both really quiet in the car on the way back), then me going back all the way home(which is quite the distance). It was a real selfish act on her end, to make it worst we didnt even have dinner like she said!...she given me all the signs shes into me, so why this??....my question is will me fighting with her mean i got no chance now or what?need advice on what to do..ive held stuff back from her in the past, and left it 2 late.we are 18

Well... I see two things.

She might have had something come up, that she was embarassed to tell you about. Either something personal, or perhaps she got the feeling what you were leading toward in asking her out.

Second, I see that you're extremely annoyed with her, but you're not asking her what's up. You're annoyed about the concrete things -- the time you "wasted", the distance you drove, the dinner you missed.... how will that reflect when you tell her that's what you're upset about?

Try being concerned about what she was thinking to make her suddenly call off the date, and then ask her about it. It's not a "fight" to try to understand someone.

You are supposed to be the gentleman. One little setback shouldn't set you off. If you really like her, you should persevere. Girls have this tendency of testing the guy they like by throwing tantrums, acting out or just behaving out of the norm. They want to gauge how empathetic their boyfriends are without having to give the signals. You need to see her again and ask her what is wrong. Be there to comfort her if she needs it. Show her that even though you are 18, you have the foresight and chivalry of a 25 year old guy. It is never too late for love. The fact that you are writing to this column shows that you care for the girl to make it work. Don't give up hope.

Well sounds to me that you 2 are having relationship problems. And her reactions are probably trying to tell you that she wants to either leave you or not want to be with you anymore.

So maybe you should confront her about what you just told the whole world and basically talk it over.

It is hard to say what happened when you were getting ready to go to the movies. She might have started her monthly cyle unexpectedly and been unprepared for it and was too embarassed to tell you why she wanted to go back home. That is my best guess.

Do you really think violence is going to solve that? If she's being a pain & doing what she did on a constant basis, then find yourself another girl that will treat you right.

Violence is not the answer to success. Maybe you should tell her how you feel, and try doing it in a calm way.

-good luck

look. from a girls point of view, i think you should talk to her about the whole situation. if you can't, then I'd say give up, and find a girl who would tell you what's going on. good luck!
