Hi i'm Juicy K! I am a cosmetology student. We learned of reasons why hair can fall out. It is normal to loose around 100 hairs a day. Have you been under a lot of stress lately, received any chemical services, or do you where your hair up in a pony tail often. Tight pony tails break hair off sometimes never use rubber. If the hairs is falling out excessively and you haven't done any of the things I suggested you may need to see a doctor. It's not embarrassing if that is why you don't want to see a doctor. Age can also play a factor in this if you are young you shouldn't be loosing so much hair. Older woman can loose hair just like men. Ask your mother about the family history sometimes balding is hereditary. I really hope I helped you out some.

Centrum Silver has an added ingredient in it that is supposedly good for this. I am on seizure medication that makes my hair fall out and this has been quite a bit of help. Yes, it's for age fifty and up but there is not that much difference in ingredients.

OK, one is ur hair color treated? Mine is....and mine falls out everytime I take a shower, but I have such thick hair, ud never tell a difference.
I started using Garnier Frutiese(however u spell it) I dont normally use store shelf brands, but my husband uses it so I tried it. I used it for about a week and my hair stopped falling out. I know theres im sure certain chemicals in it that isnt good for my hair, but it worked. I switch back and forth between my Biologe and Bead HEad, and that.

Don't laugh, but I've read that garlic shampoo can help this. You can find unscented garlic shampoo if you search hard enough. I haven't tried this. Some women lose their hair after they have children and have to go back on prenatal vitamins, not sure if this is what is going on with you. Also, maybe this thread can help you:
