If adaware and spybot don't do the trick try avgfree there are both anti virus and spyware programs and both have a free version type in avgfree in the address bar and it should take you to the site.

AD Aware SE from Lavasoft is free and its best off the lot. You can try Spybot Search and Destroy too...
