Guys are usually dense and afraid of commitment; a bad combination. Before you tell him how you feel, you need to know how he feels about you. Guys tend to relax when they know that both parties feel the same way. However, if he only thinks of you as a friend, he's going to avoid all human contact with you. This may sound cruel but there are ways to fool the male psyche. Gauge his response by asking him an indirect question like "Hey, what would you do if a girl says that she likes you?" or give subtle hints whenever you're around him. Laugh at his jokes (but not loudly and hyena-like), make eye contact and flirt (catch his eye for just one moment and before looking away, give him a small smile) or flick your hair. The last move is a surefire to get him to notice you. After that, easing into the topic will be easier. When he's trapped, all his emotions are incapacitated. He won't be able to run.

well to tell you the truth any guy will say yes or accept a move from a girl as long as there attractive but if you want him to like you then just start talking to him and as long as you keep him laughing he'll like you. If you want to be suttle then just ask him to do something like a movie and then it'll go from holding hands to making out easy enough. i would know im 15 too...

tell it to him casually. but first, make sure that he knows you exist. it would definitely freak him out if you suddenly come out of nowhere, telling him that you like him. if he's a close friend, just talk to him for a while, and when he warms up to the conversation, try to get the topic close to what you want to tell him, then later on, you may mention that you like him. you can tell it to him in a friendly laugh-it-off way, not immediately the serious romantic approach. if he likes you too, he may not tell it instantly, but hey, either way, he won't be freaked out. you can add reasons why, like coz he's nice an' stuff like that; he would, in some way, be curious. if you don't really talk to the guy, well, you can casually approach them, and you know, talk a bit..have them warmed up to you..look for topics to talk about..then later on, you can tell them you like them. most of the time, the easiest way to directly tell a person you like them is the casual friendly way. but then, the sweetest way to tell a person [who knows you quite well..strangers will just plainly freak you out] that you like them is the serious, down-to-heart way. if you just can't tell him you like him, just leave hints and hope for the best. that way takes longer tho, and it's not guarranteed to let the person know you like them.

If he is so fragile that he will be freaked out if you tell him you like him, you might want to stay away from him.

Just say "I like you" or say you think he is cute/ handsome, etc. If he likes you too, this should get him the confidence to ask you out.

Maybe start with just jokingly flirting with him...See if he is into you....Ask him to hang out sometime...
