Some poeple have that habit others think it's pleasurable for the girl.
He would be holding and pulling it all depends o the kind of sex you are having.
It could either be girl on top or from the back or girl doing oral.
around the back of the head some where naer the neck same thing for the shoulders near the neck.
A guy can either thrust himself into the girl or thrust the girl into him.
Look just try it then you would really know.

due to abuse , past or present.
most healthy women would NOT like it I think
Some men, abusive ones mostly, would like doing that cuz they feel a need to dominate women, maybe for past mistreatment or something.
