I think a bad kiss would have to stem from bad breath and poor techniques. The worst kiss I've ever had was with this guy who tried to chew my lips off at the same time! Gross Point!!! A good kisser is someone who makes you tingle just by brushing his lips against yours...

I don't think that there is such thing as bad kissing. People kiss in different ways, and sometimes people don't kiss the same as you so you may come to the conclusion that they are bad kissers, but they arent, thats just the way they know.
To make them "good" you have to teach them to kiss the way you do.
So the answer to what makes them good is - you do.

A bad kisser is someone with bad breath and slober issues. A good kisser is someone who is gentle, caresses you and makes your knees feel like jello.

Bad breath, too much sloppyness, all tongue and no escape, left over food in their mouths, teeth, loose dentures, forceful breathing from the nose that has long long hairs sticking out of it, staring at me with the biggest eyes in the world, a string of spit. UGH, Nasty nasty kisser
A good kisser:
Soft lips, gently caresses, the right kind of kiss at the right time, partially closed eyes, and a deep soulful sigh when you part.

bad=too much tongue
bad=too much saliva¨=NASTY&UNHYGENIC
bad=halitosis
good kissing i geuss depends on sevral variables including
softness of lips
how attracted u are to the person
and freshness of breath
and suction
and the all important saliva factor

good kissers just try to kiss ... and only use a little tounge ...

It's either there or it's not.
You ultimately know if the kiss is not enjoyable
for many reasons...
Too dry
Too wet
tight lipped
all over your face
it could be any of those things.

I HATE when guys just shove their tongue in your mouth, instead of doing it with feeling and emotion... to me that is a BAD kisser....
