Are you living in Israel and are you a Jew who has bound himself to the agreement between that god and the jewish people? If so, then you are to bring the issue to the leaders of the community and the community is to stone the person to death.
Honestly, why these questions come up is beyond me.

The Sabbath day is Saturday , and those without sin cast the first stone. U suppose to be holding a holy convocation on that day, so how are u able to know what your neighbor is doing if your holding a holy service to the lord on this day. The chastening of the lord is in gods hand, not man

Is it that you too are not doing anything on the Sabbath, you just spend your day in prayer and worshiping your God all day long, as it is mandated on the Sabbath. You don't go out shopping, for groceries or food on that day, so that you don't make others sin through your sin of working while going out to the home, breaking your time of prayer. You don't gas up on the Sabbath because your car is about to run out of Gasoline on the way to the worship temple.
Christ himself came to change the old to make it new.
Why must you dwell on the old and let your ignorance supersede what should be intelligence.

Jesus clarified this topic. See His discussion in Mark 3:4. The Sabboth was made for man...I believe we should try to keep it holy, set apart, a day that is different in what we do, a day to worship the Lord, and a day to rest. But, rest from work does not mean we stop doing critical things, like healing. I think God is more concerned with the state of our faith and obedience in keeping the Sabboth special.

You are not morally obligated to do anything...that is an old testament book that describes how something should have been done at the time, by the Hebrews.

Which day do you consider to be the sabbath?
Besides, further along in the bible, we are taught that Jesus came into this world to die for our sins and that through Him we are saved from death - which is what God said initially we deserve.
Since God sent His Son, Jesus, for that purpose, then neither you nor the police have jurisdiction nor the right to overrule Him.

The Old Testament is a little outdated don't you think.
When I read the Old testament it define who we are in the bibilical times. It also serve as a example to our lives, such as Noah, Moses, David, Esther, Rahab to name a few more. However the New Testament teach us how to live spiritually as Jesus and the others like Peter, James, Paul and to name a few. So please don't kill your nieghbor, just give hugs, throw a bbq and don't forget the beer.
AMEN

The bible says "vengence is mine, Saith the Lord". Unless you would want someone to kill you in God's name when you trespass, I would leave your neighbor alone. Remember, he who is sinless, throw the first stone. Be nice. You never know when you will need mercy.

If you choose to live by that Law then good luck with that, but you probably will need to be living very strictly according to all of those laws or why bother?,1st check yourself then judge others, my guess is you probably will both die together if that is how y'all are to be judged. Thank God that junk ain't required anymore huh?

If you had a child that fell into a pit, would you not help it out even if it was on a Sabbath day? :)
