Does anyone think it is right that Romanians clean your car windows for a fee while you are sitting at traffic lights, even if you havent asked them to.

Don't bother paying. Tell them you do not want your windows cleaning, and if they do you will not pay.

How can you be sure they are Romanians? I have had the same happen to me in Southern California by Hispanics. After having lived in Panama Central America for 7 years I would rather them be trying to earn a little something washing my windows rather than stealing. And after all if you've said no and they still do it, it is always your prerogative not to give them anything.

If someone has asked to do something for you and you tell them no, and they do it anyway, I don't think you are obligated to offer them any compensation.

if it happens again roll down the window as if your going to pay them and shout out thanks for that! bye and then drive off. theres nothing legal that says you ave to pay them after all you didnt ask for it !
